When you receive and email notification about a Private Message, it is important that you do not reply to the notification via email. These notifications are sent out from the forum software and replies won't be read or passed on. The email, is just an automated courtesy email to let you know that you have received a Private Message via the forum. To reply to the PM, you need to log in to the forum and reply using the Private Message system Hope that makes sense.
