I’m trying to help my sister find a good quality (emphasis on health, temperament, and type- in that order) English black lab for a pet. She lives in AZ, and is not interested in breeding or any dog sports. I know about the importance of a low Coefficient of Inbreeding to breeders as a factor in finding appropriate mates for the dogs they breed.
