    Hi Everyone

After a couple of months loitering and picking up tips I thought it was time I registered and introduced Molly. Living in the depths of Somerset she is a 7 month old black lab from working stock but very much a pet with aspirations to be a gundog pet.

I have been working very hard on training with Molly. Having previously owned a chocolate lab with 'fenton' characteristics ( my fault I am sure) I am determined to not make the same mistakes. Not least because I no longer have the strength to have my arms pulled out of their sockets and stamina to chase over hills and down combes.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their experiences - its a relief to find that most problems have been encountered and there is usually a solution. I have become an avid reader of the forum and it has really helped with the training along with 'Total Recall'

I'd like to think that there's man somewhere who introduces himself now with an embarrassed little shuffle and a, 'Hmm, yes, I'm - uh - Fenton's owner....'

Likewise, I'm using Total Recall so that this time, I really do hope to get it right! I have a 16 week yellow girl, and a ten year old cocker spaniel, who has left the worst of his hooligan days behind him but still regularly surprises other dog owners who see his speed and think he's a good five years younger... Hope you continue to enjoy this forum - I'm learning loads! ;D

Hi Paul and Molly, welcome from me Helen, Hattie 6 years and our rescue Charlie 3 years who is Fenton in disguise ::) not our fault and we are working very hard to rectify this unenviable title having used Total Recall to help us. Have fun training Molly :)

    Thanks for all your welcomes.

I thought I had better try to upload a more flattering photo so here goes. I have been exercising her with a couple of geese, 2 guineas and 4 chickens. She is generally very good but you can see in the picture she is not sure whether the geese will mug her. When she was younger they would groom(chew) her tail but now they content themselves with running after us when we do heel work and observing retrieves from the sidelines!

There's definitely one photo there now! She looks just gorgeous.

First time I tried it, I managed to post a photo successfully. Could I reproduce such a feat wen I next tried? No. Julie had to come to my rescue with Pippa's article http://www.thelabradorsite.com/forums/index.php/topic,1903.0.html that explains the best way to drop in photos from Flickr. Yu might find it useful, too.

Course, the real test will be what happens next time I try... ???

    Hello from yet another Molly.

My Molly is a Golden girl of just 11 weeks.

She is called Molly because her mum is Honey, and I thought Mollasses - Molly.

Well, it is Molly on a good day. Other times she has many other names, and none of them polite!
