Re: Is this a good idea??? I haven't posted on this, though I've kept up with reading. I am so, so, sorry that it all came to this :'(. The only thing that ever makes me feel even a tad better about putting down a dog I love is that it really is the last, best, thing we can for them. How very much better is it to go to sleep quietly than suffer through to a natural death? Frankie, you did a wonderful thing for Ezra, from beginning to end. Don't ever doubt it!

Re: Is this a good idea??? I shed tears for both you and Ezra, but the kindest thing has been done, I am sure he must have been beginning to have pain again from the cancer. Have joy with the pup, she will help you to find happiness again.
