    Awww..... how absolutely lovely.

Do you have access to some sensible kids that he could be introduced to?

Its the angle, hes much smaller than murphy. He fits in his puppy harness!

Charlies parents are arranging a house visit with the rescue and they are prob going to have him! Lydia the eldest grandchild is really good with murphy, its just edward, who loves dogs so much he gets squealy. I think George would be ok. Obviously going to see what hes like with kids first. x

That would be lovely if she could have him and he would still see you and Murphy. ;D

My old lab grew up with my cousins children so he was used to children but I still would never have left him alone with a young child and he always had the option to leave the room. He actually used to take himself upstairs out of the way when he heard one of them coming in the house. Too noisy for him. ::). Unfortunately I didn't have the same option. ;)

Fingers crossed it all goes well. ;D

Aw lol. Yea i agree, i am always careful when murphy is there with the kids that they arnt left alone together, and also i have told them about watching for signs of anxiousness etc and that if he ever shows any then to separate them. Even though i do trust murphy as he is a wet fish and so soppy, i still would never leave any kids with him. Its not fair on him. So obviously would be the same with George. He has decided he wants to sleep in the cat bed which is rather amusing. Charlies parents have got a lovely big garden that murohy loves so I am sure George would too, and Jayne only works 1 day a week so he will get loads of attention. And there garden backs onto woods with a stream and just down the road is loads and loads of fields so it would be lush for him :)

It's a done deal! The rescue decided they were happy for me to check the house as they are so busy, and because it's family they are happy for me to take him over when I want so after a trip to pets at home with my in laws they have bought him a lovely big bed etc and he's now settling in and il be leaving him here tonight. He loves Jayne my mil and keeps going on his back for her to rub his belly. Will put photos up when I can :) good ending. :)
