My new pup is twelve week old Keir, he's a Golden Retriever x Flatcoat.

He's one of these lovely yellow bundles and coming soon, I'm not certain when!

Mollie is going to have a big surprise lol!

Gosh, Mags, do you need a visit in the next few weeks? You may need some extra hands to cuddle puppies big and small. You know, seeing as how you will have three puppies and only two sets of resident arms and all.

I'm surprised at all the yellow ones - I though a GR/FCR cross would always be black. They look VERY cuddly! :)

Side eye for the names Jimbo and Ralph. :hmm:

On the bright side, with names like those, it is sure to build character.

Lovely video, so intent on squeezing up close to each other.

I thought they were all going to be K names till you got to Jimbo...
OH had a rabbit as a child named Keir Hardie... strange boyo_O

They are the sponsored pups, someone has given £5,000 to name each of them!

This was a 'K' litter, so any non-Ks are sponsored.

    OK, then...a bit speechless! :|

Well, good on them for donating the 5K, though. Whomever they are, they are good eggs, even if their taste in dog names is a bit suspect.

    Keira and her half brother.

I don't have any photos of Keir yet, I'm dying to see one!

Change of date - he's coming on Friday 25th.

I couldn't be more ready, his bed is all set up and, annoyingly, there's nothing to buy lol.

Is he going to be "your" puppy, or is he just coming to you temporarily like Kara did?

He's going to be 'my' puppy. He's been to temporary boarders from 8 weeks old to now (12 weeks). So they will feel like I did when Kara left. It's much harder saying goodbye to a baby than one you have 'seen through' the puppy months. I feel for them. (Kara's at Big School now and doing really well)

Keir was a huge 7Kg at eight weeks old

    I love his name!

Tatze is going to stay with her best friend, Zaba, for the weekend so as not to overwhelm him at first.

    :)

    Haha, yes.

I am fundraising to name a pup 'Ray' after my lovely Mum. I've nearly raised £2,000 now.
