Hi My puppy Alfie is 19 weeks old and loves his Kong Wobbler. When I have to leave Alfie alone he currently gets left with a Kong but I was wondering if it was safe to leave him with his Wobbler as well? Thanks
I think the Kong Wobbler is safe to leave him with. I'd encourage leaving when he has it, to save your ear drums The thing I'd be most worried about is if an errant piece of kibble got under some furniture and he did some damage trying to get to it.
We had a problem leaving the wobbler as it got wedged behind pieces of furniture and he then couldn't get to it!
I don't as Rory has special skills and eatten a wobbler they are tough but not Rory tough.I was with him at the time so no harm done
Wow I'm impressed!! We ve lost the material from the bottom of our dining room chairs and a wooden grater holder - I didn't realise Alfie had got tall enough to reach the kitchen window ledge, lesson now learnt :L
Rory sounds like THE extreme chewer !!!! Wobblers are noisey , now Dexter my dog is older I've put a few pebbles in to stop the kibble coming out so quick .. Makes it even heavier when he chucks it around.... The treat balls are good too ... They do roll under things though . I left Dexter last week and when I came in it was wedged somewhere he couldn't get it minus about 3 pieces of food ...poor lad must have driven him mad ... He asked for help and showed me it as soon as I got in x
Dexter is nearly 4 He's a spoilt pooch though,he's got no problem coming to find me to help him when his toys go awry .....no problem solving skills my dog ! X
Enzo also has a wobbler when ever we go out, he runs into his crate in anticipation for it which is great It didn't take him long to work out to launch it in the air and when it lands the treats fall out
