Re: Labrador attacks small child was this a purebred, we will never know. many crosses look like the real thing. i had the dog warden at my house once as my spaniel had been attacking children. turned out it was in fact a border collie of similar colour. a very scary day for me and my dog i can tell you.
Re: Labrador attacks small child Hi Trish, and welcome to the forum As you say, dogs are often mistakenly identified as one breed or another. Fortunately labradors normally have such wonderful temperements that this kind of thing is very rare. Pippa
