    Hi
Can you give more details about the type of dribbling. I am assuming you mean from the mouth? Some dogs drool when there is food around. My dog produces a foamy saliva if he is on a walk doing a lot of sniffing of particularly interesting smells.

Hi Julia. It might be just normal for your pup. But if it's a new issue, or there's a lot of it, or it's happening at times other than when they anticipate food, it's definitely worth a chat with your vet. Sometimes drooling is a sign of anxiety, or of mouth problems. So if in doubt it's best to get it checked out.

My lab is 10 months old and he drools all the time, especially when food is around.
