As much as I like my dyson vacuum cleaner mr dyson clearly never owned a labrador.

In my quest to defur the carpets I came across a little tip on Facebook.

It suggested using a window cleaning tool that dries the windows. Well it works a treat and has livened up the carpets great.

So if you're struggling with furry carpets thats your gadget.

    :)

I have a friend who reckons her yellow Lab doesn't shed much. Same friend has a cleaner. Do you think there could be any connection

    Yep!! For sure!!!

I have a Shark vacuum, and it does a bang up job on all the dog hair in my house like a champ. Plus I can steam mop my hardwood floors whenever I want have time (who has time with a lab puppy?!?!?!?!) to combat all the mud and muck this time of year.

I bought an adapter for my dyson off the website, with little circlular bushes that spin as it oicks up so it gets the hairs really well!

We have an old animal head that needs updating but they are obsolete and the new ones don't work with our vacuum cleaner, waiting for my old one to break......which is taking forever

Wierdly Bouncer doesnt seem to shed at all.

    No idea why.

My last dog was white & the house was always covered in hair.

We've got a pretty new Dyson Animal. Works a treat on medium and very short carpet pile.

We bought an animal Dyson, not too bad, helps having wooden and tiled floors downstairs.

Hubby this morning had to iron a shirt for work, commented why was there dog hair on it? ;D I am know a bit more nonchalant, and don't get hysterical anymore when I see those balls of shed fur in the corners of the living room... ::)
