Hello, my lovely black Lab - Hattie who is 12 recently (3 weeks ago) had cruciate ligament surgery. In the past couple of years she has slowed down when out walking and does have a little arthritis in her elbow. With her food everyday she has Loxicom, fish oil, Tumeric paste. I have asked the vet about Librella injections once she has recovered and the possibility of Cartrophen injections. Just wondering if there is anything else I can do to help her?, she can be a little reluctant to walk far and obviously it’s important to build muscle back up in her back leg now following her operation. May give Hydrotherapy a go and see if that provides any relief.
