Hi . Our female labrador puppy is 15 weeks old . Shes is full of energy. We haven't walked her too much yet . Just small walks . This last few days we have been walking her the loop round the road at our house . It's about half an hour once a day . She doesn't get over tired and still has energy to run round the lawn . Is the 30 minute walk ok for her age ?

Hi Patman, welcome to the forum :)

The rule of thumb which lots of people stick to is 5 minutes a day, per month old they are.

So 20 minutes would be adequate for your girl at the moment. But it's not an exact science, and I don't think 30 minutes is going to do much harm, provided you're going at her pace, and you don't try to add more distance until she's over 6 months old.

You can read more about puppy exercise (and where the 5 minute rule came from) in this article on our main site, if you're interested :)
