OK...in summary took Casper out on a long line yesterday. Didn't go quite to plan, so decided to get him a little more comfortable with the line down our lane. This is a long and wide 1/4 mile private farm road, so perfect for training without any distraction, my aim for this morning :)

So set off, long line trailing back...Casper trots by my side then stops. Odd I think...look at him, he looks at me...

Walk on.... same thing Casper stops...looks at me......this time I glance back...and spot the culprit! Remy has dashed out from the hedgerow and is bouncing on the end of the long line... ;D ;D...sigh, roll up the long line, that's the end of training for this morning.

Remy looks decidedly pleased with his latest act of sabotage... 8)

I will probably try again later....will take my mobile, and will watch out for the big ginger cat in a balaclava! ;D Yesterday afternoon I spotted him climbing up next doors rope swing, much to their children's delight!

On reflection, Pongo does the same thing to us when we've been cutting tree branches then dragging them to the bonfire patch. You gather up as many branch ends as you can manage, then heave them along, dragging them behind you. Then they seem to get stuck on something - tugging doesn't work, so you look around to see a labrador has pounced on top and is trying to drag them in the opposite direction.

    Pongo loves gardening.

    ;D ;D ;D @ jinja ninja!

Remy is thinking about joining the forum...as he feels that his insight (from a cats perspective...) might be quite useful.. especially from a training perspective.... 8) ;D

I think he should add his perspective to Bud's Story. I'm sure Bud would welcome a little inter-species dialogue....
