Just want to shout from the tree tops - I have not walked Coco on the road for over a week, we have been off lead in woods, practicing recalls and having zoomies. OH takes the lead at the weekend and allows pulling, swapping sides, jumping on hedges etc. Today, I took him for 40 minute lead walk on the road and he was exceptional. I only had to stop a handful of times (when he reached the extent of his lead - not pulling though). We saw a couple of children on their way to school & ignored them. Coco you did SO well today I am so proud. It felt like my dog is normal.
