Re: Loose puppy stools Hi, My puppy had tummy trouble like that when she was little as well. She was a mud, acorn, and stick eater. When her stool was loose the vet suggested a bland diet of chicken breast cooked in rice with squash or canned pumpkin (which actually is squash I discovered and not real pumpkin). That worked really well to firm her up right away, but I did end up changing her diet to a lamb and brown rice (limited ingredient diet Natural Balance). No trouble at all now. biorus
