Lost my lab Sam last Monday who was sadly put to sleep, he was 13 and it’s so difficult coming to terms with it, It’s just to painful to talk about and a massive loss to our family.
We sure do love these dogs. I'm back to the pup stage now just over 9 months with her, but we still miss all the labs we have had. Each one is a heart breaker. Im sorry for your loss I know how hard it is
So sad to hear this. You have our empathy. I cried a river in October when I put my 13 year old down. I miss him every day, it’s not easy. I buried him at home and got comfort from going to chat to him. Maybe you could create a space where you can reflect on the fun you had with him, it helped me.
