Re: Lovely Chocolate Charlie I cannot wait. Oh boy. Get my boy back. x-rays on the 17th April - less than 5 weeks away! Then home for Easter - all of Easter. A month after, on 17th May, home for good.

Re: Lovely Chocolate Charlie I visited today and got to go on one of Charlie's 10 minute walks. He wasn't really lame! I tried to see him limping but it was very difficult to see that he was at all. He is now doing 5 10 minute walks a day - so 50 minutes of walking - which is way ahead of the normal schedule. He is not allowed to sniff or mark, as the distance and speed is measured, so it's a bit like a route march (he is allowed a sniff, pee and poo when they turn round to come back), but I think he is still glad to be out and about. His leg was iced when he came back, so I learned how to do that - but he probably won't need it by the time he comes home for the weekend. (Did I mention he was coming home for the weekend ). He gets to stand in water this week, and hopefully hydro will start next. They are going to build his hydro up so he is doing it every day, which will make a massive difference to his fitness levels.
