I took Maisie to the beach and she was SO INTERESTED in everything, particularly the waves! We have rocky beaches here… so when she jumped and the rocks moved she was quite freaked out. She also thought the sound of the waves was a bit scary at first but then just stood there and stared out. She didn't try to get out to the water because the ROCKS might have moved… but I think she enjoyed it! Looking at the waves Sniffin On a mission She quite liked all the driftwood but didn't try to eat any, which I found very unusual as she'll eat every stick she comes across (I think she's quite pretty) Bonus shot of her investigating some tree cuttings on our way home!
Re: Maisie goes to the beach! Just lovely! Why is she on a lead though? Can't you let her off lead on the beach?

[/quote] Thanks everyone, I'm glad you all agree she's adorable hehe. It's not a proper beach beach (if that makes sense) - it's pretty close to a busy road, it's just a nice patch of shoreline basically with a walkway kind of thing built in. It's also specifically designated as an "on leash" area for dogs. She was also just REALLY excited about it and I don't think I would trust her not to go zooming off and if she zoomed far enough, she could've run into the road.
Re: Maisie goes to the beach! Ah bless her little face!dex would have been chewing and crunching on all those stones on the beach at Maisies age! X
Re: Maisie goes to the beach! Aw she is lovely. Reminds me of Mira at that age. Great to have exciting new experiences
Re: Maisie goes to the beach! great photos, we took Sonny to the beach on xmas day and he loved it. He had my partners mums 2 8yr old labs and a yorkie for company. We went to another beach full of sand dunes and he was running up and down them chasing sticks, slept the rest of the day lol
