What a darling face, so appealing. I can see by his eyes what a lovely dog he has been for you and I am so sorry.
Max was the most kind and gentle dog ever , he was more for me watched every move I made following me everywhere ! From 7 weeks to 14 years old he never hurt anyone , he grew up with my 4 Sons they all loved him as he loved them . When he was a Pup I started to walk him , people came up to me saying so cute etc etc ... adding they had a Labrador saying theirs only got to 12 ... So it was like a ticking time bomb thinking once he got to 12 that would be it . Once 12 he was slower but looked great ! then came his 13th Birthday , I could then tell he started going down hill as the months went on it got worse . He was 14 years old 20th April we would have to help him up etc , he never moaned Bless him ! then on 29th April he could not get up , that morning was heartbreaking as it was time to say farewell ! He was an amazing Best Friend ... Thanks to my Husband he buried him at the bottom of my garden as he only ever knew 1 home , his home . We now have Palace ... here's to another long happy life with him !
