I haven't heard of them. Do you have a Link?
Or is it just local to you?

Wonderful idea for dogs to socialise and have fun. If you can join one I would urge you to for the fun the dogs have but I think it needs to have an experienced trainer involved to calm things down or help resolve problems as you go along. My dog trainer here in France organises weekly walks for her clients to join with their dogs and we go to various places to walk and have fun, including lakes and forest. Juno loves her "ballade educative", as do we, but unfortunately it's some weeks since we've been able to join one due to her leg.

I am retired and a free agent (Winchester) and am happy to meet anywhere within reasonable distance. I recall suggesting this in the past and having an enthusiastic response which has fizzled out when we cannot agree a date!

We're lucky enough to be part of the 'Severnside Walkies' pack - which was started from an inspired suggestion by Phil (Holliesdad). It is just a great idea, and I'd thoroughly recommend it!

And if you do set up any other group forum pack walks.... TAKE PHOTOS!

Yes, I asked a while ago if anyone wanted to meet up around my way, that's anywhere near Bushy Park (Hampton Court in London) to Windsor ish. I will be driving down to Cornwall leading up to Easter but have no plans after that - for years. Chepi can do up to 50 mins now.

Jane, we'll be over in Surrey in May, so would be up for a walk in that neck of the woods while we're there. I don't have exact dates arranged yet, but we could arrange something when I know?

That would be great! Arundel is about 50 minutes drive from me (I'm in Newhaven) so about as far as I'd want to go.

We have a house near Cosne sur Loire (north of Nevers) anywhere near you? We are in residence from July to end of September and it would be good to meet up for a walk.

    Re: meet ups

Hi Roger, a walk sounds a lovely idea but I've just checked on the map and we're about 4.5 hrs drive away and the better part of 500km. Such a shame though. Do you have good walks near you there, we're quite lucky with chemins, voies vertes, lakes, forests and beaches to the north and north-west. I'm just looking forward to some dry weather to make the walking more fun once Juno is fighting fit again.
