Our fourth Forum Christmas is here!

Thank you all so much for your lovely posts and generosity towards one another. Special thanks to our outstanding moderators and all our longstanding members who give up their time to help others with their puppy struggles and training problems.

It's been a brilliant year for the forum - 4.8 million page views, 88 thousand posts - looks like we just can't stop talking about Labradors Not to mention all the other breeds we embrace here.

I have had a lot of fun, and I hope you have too. Hope you and your dogs have a lovely break, and wishing you all joy and peace at Christmas time. Pippa xx

I would like to wish Pippa and all the Moderators for their endless hard work and commitment to this forum. I would also like to thank you all Moderators and members across the world for yet another year of training advise, help and laughter but above all for the emotional support I have received when I felt I couldn't continue with Charlie, you got me up and built my confidence to tackle another day, the long serving members will know exactly how difficult this rescue boy of ours has been and still is on occasions : but due to this forum Charlie is mostly a "real dog" and Hattie does her best to him in line ;D

This forum is a very special place to be, my family and I appreciate everything you do whole heartedly. Have a lovely time with family, friends and lots of hugs and kisses to all of you and your puppies and dogs.

Eight-eight thousand posts? Wowsers! I'm so glad I found this forum. It's helped me keep my sanity through the early weeks and now into months. Always supportive and informative, thank you one and all.

The Holiday Season

'Tis the holiday season, and all through the house
The puppies are squeaking an old rubber mouse.
The decorations which had merrily hung on the door
Are scattered in pieces, all over the floor.

The stockings that hung in a neat little row,
Now boast a hole in each one of the toes.
The tree was subjected to bright-eyed whims,
And now, although splendid, it's missing some limbs.

I catch them and hold them, be good I insist.
They lick me, then run off to see what they've missed.
And now as I watch them, the thought comes to me,
That theirs is the spirit all holidays should be.

Merry Christmas everyone! Without the information, advice and support from the forum I certainly would not have such a lovely well-behaved puppy. I cannot recommend this site enough!

No, that's a filthy old Lambie No new Lambies for Christmas this year - he has six already!! Already more than the world needs...

I wonder how many doggies are getting Lambies for Christmas though.....?

No lambies for Bella this year....but a wide variety of squeaky toys courtesy of her grandparents are under the tree...a couple ropey-tug toys too....

But Bella is still madly in love with her camel...so not sure how she would take to a lambie anyway....



PS...my oh my....looking at this, she has GROWN so fast.... :'(
