Molly is two years old today. I've made her a liver cake which is absolutely her most favourite treat. I couldn't get a photo of her eating it as she guzzled it too quickly (no not the whole thing - I'm freezing it, cut into small pieces, in batches.

Well my OH, who is a real meat-lover, had some and liked it very much! He's campaigning for me to make him one but with the addition of salt, pepper and mustard! It's only the second time I've made it, but it's so quick and easy I think I'll try to keep some in the freezer always from now on. Once cooked it's not unpleasant to handle - sort of bread-like.
Could you maybe share the recipe in the recipe section? Please? Lilly says she would like to try a slice or six
