    Hi everyone,

My little man arrived this morning. He's settling in now. Already had our first little accident in the house.

Trying to upload a pic, but I can't work it out.

Aw, bless! Can't wait to see a picture! You need to host your picture with a file sharing site like Photobucket, Flickr or Imgur and then paste the link in here. There's more info in the Technical section of the forum :)

    Welcome, Arnie!

    Welcome Arnie.

I used to have an Arnie too, although mine was a Weimaraner. :)

There is a link to a photobucket picture of my little man. Quick question - I am crate training, and its going OK. So sometimes he falls asleep where ever he likes. I will carry him to his crate, and put him in. Door open. He doesn't mind. Sleeps there for a bit and then decides its time to change location. Goes elsewhere.

    Is that ok to do?

If you are around I would let him sleep where he wanted during the day as long as he is happy to be in his crate with the door shut and is fine at night. Juno slept where she wanted when little, usually un the cat bed, and only used the crate at night or when I had to go out and leave her.

My pup Mole (16 weeks) only sleeps in his crate at night(very happily) - in the day he is in a normal bed - doesn't seem to make a difference to going in the crate at night.

Thanks guys, he is a lovely little fella. Thanks for the advice. I am gonna have to sleep with him out in the lounge room tonight again. He still cries, but I ignore it. He goes down eventually. Hopefully tonight will be better than last night

@Somatic he is a cute boy.
I edited your post to show your photo in line.
You just need to copy the IMG code, the one at the bottom of the list on the right of the photo.
Just paste that directly into your box and that should do it.

You should be able to use that photo for your avatar picture if you like.
