I’ve been teaching Sophie “leave it” since the day I got her because my flower beds are filled with mulch and she loves to go steel mulch from them. At my house, I can always catch her and prevent it. Today after daycare, she threw up her dinner and also there was small pieces of mulch, so clearly she ate a couple of pieces at daycare. Other than throwing up once, she’s fine. Has anyone else’s puppy thrown up mulch before and if so, we’re they ok? I guess I’m going to have to tell them to keep her indoors until she learns to stop eating things. Who knows how long that will take?!
