    Hello!
My 16 year-old grand-niece's father suddenly passed away yesterday and he was caring for her 12 year old lab/greyhound mix. My niece is now living with her grandmother but cannot take the lab/greyhound due to her grandmother already having too many dogs (subdivision restrictions). So she's needing help on re-homing her baby. Does anyone here have any suggestion on how to help her out? She's living in Sealy, Texas, a suburb of Houston.

I'm not sure of any other details (except she did mention the dog does have some joint issues), but I can probably find out quickly. I'm just trying to take a little burden off of her, as she's already going through so much. :(

Thanks so much for any help someone can suggest!
