I am using an ipad and cannot load pictures to my profile because it says file is too large. Anyone else have that problem?
Hi Joe. I don't have an I pad, but I do have a samsung phone that takes huge photos and I need to re-size them before posting. I'm not sure if the same applies to the avatars. @snowbunny is usually the girl to help out with tricky avatars as she has fabulous IT superpowers.
Hey Joe, yes, your file has to be resized before uploading to reduce the file size. If you need a hand doing that, PM me and I'll send you my email - I can then resize and upload it for you.
