I have a new black lab puppy (John).

He is lovely but I am having terrible nights with him.

I stayed downstairs with him for the first week but am now keen to get him to sleep alone .
He screams and soils the crate of I leave him, which I can understand poor little chap.
But I also need to take my other lab out for a run (Henry, who is brilliant with him).

I've done all the things I usually do with my pups so am at a loss to know how to deal with this.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

In other sad news my darling George died in December 2020 aged nearly 13.

Its a great book. Also read all the old threads on here, they are super helpful.
