New pups on the block!

    Hello everyone!

    Wanted to say hiya, and thank you to everyone, for all the good advice I've read already. I have three dogs, Alfie a 9yr old Bernese, Harry a 1 yr old wirehaired pointer x springer. And most recently Charlie (Charlotte on sundays!), and she's a 14 week old lab x cocker. It's been almost 20 years since we last had a labrador, I'd forgotten how much they love their food! But I'm fast remembering. :)

    I'm really looking forward to reading through more of the forums, and mostly seeing all the gorgeous photos of your dogs! When I can figure out how, I'll add a pic or 2 of our gang here.

    Actually, his name is Obi but Bonkers sometimes suits better :) Hope you really enjoy it here. We'd love to see photos of your boys once you get the uploading pics thing sorted :)

    I'm Angela with Dexter ,a 9 month yellow lab.It sounds busy but bet it's great fun round at your house ....love to see a pic of your gang when you get a chance

    I'm stunned the photos have actually worked for me! ;D
    Unless of course there's only me can still see them. Haha. I'll try to figure out how to make them smaller though. Apologies for the current size.

    Yes,yes,can see them,they are all gorgeous!Charlie's coloring is very like my Dexter and she is so cute....she IS the Andrex puppy .shes a little dot next to your 2 big boys x

    What an absolutely gorgeous group of dogs.

    Could have fooled me that Charlie is Lab x Cocker - he looks all Lab to me. Sounds like his appetite is anyhow ;D He is a cutiepie!

    Our vet said the same thing Rachael! She just looks like a tiny Labrador. It'll be interesting to see as she grows if there's anything cocker comes forward. As I say, so far, the appetite is all Lab!
    She was 2.4kg at 8 weeks, when we brought her home. Being used to Bernese and previously Briards, I've never had such a teeny tot - but she makes up for it vocally does our Charlie!! Are all labs so noisy??!
    Obi looks adorable, I love when they twist upside down. Gorgeous.

    Oops - I am really sorry, I called her a he!!! Silly me...!

    Some Labs can be quite vocal... Obi certainly is :) He has a very full vocab of whines, groans and flute-like notes. He is kind of like a Humpback Whale. We tell him that we are going to release a CD - Songs Of The Labrador. Sure to be a chart-topper.

    Oh David she's stunning! Shampoo adverts will be after her with such a beautiful sheen to her coat! Gorgeous. I've put some more photos of Charlie and her brothers over on the puppy thread.

    Thank you to everyone for such a warm welcome. I've been reading through the whole forum all morning, so much good advice, and information. Good job this lot sleep in the mornings eh!

    Our Lilly is a 3 year old black girl.
    Currently languishing in the lap of luxury whilst we are on holiday (or almost ;) )
