New Lab owner and just wanted to say hello from Ruger and me. Been fun for the last 4 months working with him and training him on the basics so far. Hope to find some useful info on this forum site. Mike H.
Hi Mike and welcome to the site from Holly and me. Ruger is an unusual name. How did you choose it? This is a really useful site with some very experienced members. I've learned a lot in the last two years.
Thanks for the welcome. I am looking forward to learning all I can from these pages. This may sound strange, but we came across the name when the wife and I were cleaning a couple of pistols and she said lets be different and name him Ruger.
Hi and welcome from me and my two, Willow and Shadow, who are 14 months. How often do you get asked, "You mean Roger?" We'd love to see picture of Ruger, if you have any? You have to host them somewhere like Flickr, Photobucket or Imgur then paste the BBCode (which looks like [ IMG]...[/IMG]) in to your post on here. We're all suckers for photos
Welcome from me and Lilly - 5 year old girl. Hope you find some useful stuff on the forum (won't be anything I've written for sure) jac
Hi there from Canada, I live in Alberta with my Lab/Newfie cross, Simba. There is loads of information here on pretty much any topic, so hope you find it useful! And we are always open for questions!
Welcome to you from Tatze (which means 'paw' in German, she is my black lab pet, 2 years old, and named after a guide dog) and Twiglet (yellow Lab / GR cross, 23 weeks old, who is going to be a guide dog)
Hi and welcome from me and my choccy girl Ella ☺. This forum has been fantastic for me as a first time dog owner so I hope it's useful for you too ☺
Thanks to you all for the warm welcome. Like I said I am really looking forward to learning all I can about training and bringing Ruger up right. I will post a picture as soon as I can figure it out. And to answer the question about do I mean Roger I haven't heard that yet, but some of the facial expressions I get are a little curious.
Welcome from Cooper (20 months basically white lab) and me!! You will find tons of info on this forum. I check in at least once a day....all of us have gone through what you will with your labby. Enjoy!
