This forum has been a lifesaver, just sat down for a few moments to read it...armed with a cup of tea, and a slice of malt loaf with butter...suddenly became aware of the silence....apparently to eat half a tub of butter you really don't make much noise! sigh....with puppies you have to constantly be on your guard, and in this respect silence is certainly not golden! mutter..mutter..
