Hi there, newbie here, just starting our lab journey...pups not yet born, but met breeder and their beautiful black lab a few weeks back and who was mated today!! Avidly reading Pippa's books, asking doggie friends lots of advice and getting mentally and physically prepared for having a LAB pup in our world!! Something that we've been dreaming of for a LONG LONG time...the time has been drawing ever closer and now it feels the prefect time to have a lab! Welcome @JuliePenguin, how exciting that your journey is starting so early, knowing that your pup is on its way. I am not sure how clear I can state that there is no such thing as photo overload, and I am really looking forward to the first ones.
Awww what a lot of wonderful welcomes, thank you all your labbies look gorgeous! Yip it is all very exciting...but a little daunting too....a lot to think and plan, but wonderful things to think and plan for!! It feels like the Mum, Luna (who is just beautiful!) is our surrogate, making our beautiful fur baby!! Thanks for the sleep advice! And will defo be checking out the forum for advice and chat about everything labbie pup!
