Hi everyone, Just joined up and posted a few pictures in the puppy section. I have two dogs, one labrador puppy who is nearly 14weeks old and a old boy Goldren Retriver who is nearly 14years old!

Re: Newbie with a puppy Hi there, welcome to you and your lovely dogs! How are they getting along together? Like you, I got Poppy when my old boy, Bones, was 13. To be honest, he found her a bit of a trial for the first couple of months, as she was so exuberant and boisterous with him. He never so much as growled at her though, just used to bark for us to come and rescue him! They settled down into a happy companionship once she got to about five months old. I hope your two are good friends already!

Re: Newbie with a puppy Hi there and welcome, it will be great to hear how they get on. I've got an 18/19 week old lab joining a 9 year old lab and its great to read how others have got on. After 3 weeks they have really started to bond thankfully ;D
