Just been to the vets as Harley has limped on and off over the past few days on walks and when running in the garden. We noticed a few days ago when she went to run to find the ball in the garden and she pulled her leg up and stood still staring at me.
Her cut paw is healing nicely, but she either has soft tissue damage or a pulled ligament or a slight ruptured ligament in her back leg :(. She is on 10 days rest with metacam daily. She can only have 2 X 10 min lead walks a day. We've got to go back to the vet next Wednesday and assess. If she's still limping she will be booked in for a scan to determine what it is.

Oh no, poor girl - and what bad luck. Fingers crossed it's not as serious as the vet thinks initially.

What rotten luck. Fingers crossed that rest and Metacam will do the trick but it is so frustrating to have to do restricted walking :(

So sorry for both of you! Hope she is fine by next Wednesday so she doesn't need a scan.
