Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Extreme Kong and indestructible chains not working and a plush pink dog called cuddle buddies.
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Do you think that stuff will be good for a lab puppy
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Aw, how adorable! Envy you starting from the beginning, it's such a lovely time! I don't think I'll ever grow out of puppy shopping... it's my favourite thing
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Thanks. Yes I went overboard and saw so many other things I could get puppy toys so cute also wanted lots of treats for training
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol I went overboard when we got our pup and ended up giving the poor thing a runny tummy. (Didn't do enough research), I really wouldn't give treats for a while, best just to use the dry dog food (that's if that's what the breeder has them on). Might also be an idea to have some chicken breast in the freezer and some rice to boil, just in case you do have a runny tummy situation. Good luck, looks really cute xx

If you're finding something difficult you might have to "up" the value of the treat so start low!!! ;D Maybe you know all this already, just remembering the mistakes I made! Anyway, enough of the sensible talk.... it's VERY exciting! ;D
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol So exciting! We bought toys for Pongo but .... of course.... it turned out his favourite toys were an old bit of blanket to attack and a plastic bottle to chase round the room. Oh yes, and the cardboard boxes that all his expensive stuff came in.... : Bless 'em
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol I think all the toys you got are suitable But don't give them to her all at once. Start with a couple, then a few days later give her a new toy. That will make it more exciting and interesting They love ripping up cardboard!!

[/quote] I used to let Maisie rip it up anywhere and then have to pick up cardboard all over the floor every day. Now she gets cardboard exclusively in her playpen where she stays when I'm gone… it looks like a tramp lives in it, but she loves it!

She also loves empty plastic bottles!
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Ripped up cardboard is the thing in interior design these days. All the best homes sport it
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Phew ;D Hopefully balls of wind-blown Labrador fur are also considered chic...?
Re: ok think i went a bit overboard puppy shopping lol Haha I have done the same and Milo is my second. He seems to much prefer Milly's toys lol but she loves the new ones and keeps stealing them.
