She has a very pretty face and eyes that look like they've seen a few things ......I'm glad she's settling well into her new family x
We support our local shelter in town, because it is a no kill shelter. Our supermarket had dog food on special B1G1 free, when i see I always pick up some and drop it off . Someone dropped her off, they didn't want her anymore. I had no intention getting a second pup right now. When i saw so sad in the Kennel, called hubby and asked if we could adopt her. I do not understand why people buy puppy and then decided they don't want it anymore. I talk to the lady and paid my $70 adoption fee, but i had to sign a paper that I would have her spayed when she is old enough. She is a sweet girl we working on housebreaking and not stealing shoes lol. She will sit and let you put her collar and leash on. Our Vet gave her a clean bill of health and the paper they had we had registered with AKC just like our boy. It will be a bit of a challenge to train both of them, but I fell in love with that little girl. Her and Jesse get along very well and he has a friend to play with.
Yes she is doing well . She sleeps in her crate at night next to our boy, and he is really good with her. We have to work on a few things but she is a baby.
Beautiful girl and I can understand why you fell in love with her - she's lucky to have you and Jesse. Good luck x
What a marvellous thing you have done! They will be best of friends their whole life long. How did you train her to not steal shoes??!!! Amazing!
I sprayed the shoes she stole with Bitter Apple spray, lucky she didn't like the taste . It worked with our boy when started to chew. It is a work in progress like with our boy.
