Overnight - toilet

    When do puppies stop Peeing overnight? My puppy is 18 weeks old and still messing overnight. We don’t cage her is this the problem- we have no problem at all during the day - help

    Harper was completely house trained at about 16 weeks BUT she was crate trained.

    Yes...unless you restrict the area she can have access to the chances are she will still relieve herself overnight. The theory is that a dog will not soil where it sleeps. If you don’t want her in a crate, she will get there it just takes longer. I have always crate trained mine and they have never soiled overnight but I did get up lots to start with. There are lots of threads on her about the pros and cons of crate training, use the search bar and have a read.
