    Hi

I have avery long standing claim with petPlan and they have stopped the claim and have recieved a strange phone call from them asking lots of questions. When asked them if they were trying to stop my claim again they denigned everything. It happens with them every so often.
Has anyone else had as simimlar difficulties recently?
I found out that 6 people using the same physio service as me recieved phone calls and had their claims stopped on the same day.

Sorry can't offer any advice but wish you luck in getting things settled again. It sounds more like they are looking at the physio service than the individual pet.

I have been with Pet Plan for 30+ years and have never had a problem. Did your vet refer you to the physio? If so, get Pet Plan to talk to the vet. If not, perhaps you should have phoned Pet Plan first to see if they would cover you for this? Don't give up and get to the bottom of why they are not paying!

How odd - I've never had a problem with them, they have always been really good.

Perhaps it's nothing to do with you, and there have been some fraudulent claims involving physio or something like that? You perhaps have just got caught up in them investigating something. It does happen in the insurance business...

Sorry to hear that I've never had any problems with them at all. It does sound like you are caught up in something rather than it being personal. Good luck in getting it sorted.

Have not had any problems with PetPlan claims (and we have made a number). Always paid within 10 days, no questions asked.

Hope it all gets sorted out, Sdegg. It does sound like it's more about the service provider (physio) than you...

Yep its to do with phydio and hydro we've had it before about 5 years ago, when they updated some policy rules they've recently updated some more so i think its to do with that. They physio sends all my dogs dated for physio and hydro to my vet who ok's it and then its sent to Pet Plan. They have paid for 8 years and I think they think Doug should be dead by now or is? They will have to pay eventually. I just didn't like the sneaky way they have been acting
