UPDATE: The article is now live - thank you so much for the lovely photos, just let me know if you want to add anything to the captions

I’m writing an article on labrador puppies at six months old. I thought it would be nice to include some reader’s photos. Do any of you have photos of your puppy at six months old that you would be willing to let us put in the article?

It would also be good to hear what your biggest concerns were at this age and any landmarks you feel you passed at the six month point.

When Chepi got to 6 months I started to introduce other foods, having avoided potential allergies being developed. I am well known for poor photography and don't expect this to be included but you could crop it and use it if you like.

This was Poppy at seven months old.. We had an early snowfall, and I loved the look of her golden fur in the light! She was quite a self-possessed little creature, even at the early age of seven months!

I agree Kate, I think personality is already very clear at six months.

Six months..... at six months Charlie was turning into a right old hooligan. He was over confident, over friendly, and over in everyone's face (er....he still is.... ). He'd think nothing of legging it half a mile across a beach to knock over a kid, nick a football, jump on a picnic....and so on (er.....hmmm...well, he's BIT better now).

It was about the time I booked him in for gundog lessons....

The date stamp on the photo is 25 August - so he was 6 months and 1 week.

Yes, that would be perfect for me too.

Haha, have just looked at the photo of Poppy again, and can see she's made a snow 'angel' with her tail... Sweet!
