(Photos) Will the tear stains on my 8-week-old go away?

My pup was born and has lived in amongst saw dust so I’m wondering if he has tear stains from that or if they’re permanent?

Also, his nose is very tiny but quite pointy... does this mean he will have a long nose as an adult or could he grow into it?
