The puppy farm he came from was far too close, only 20 miles away, the RSPCA had also been involved with the lady several times, as far as i am aware it has closed down now as the person moved to france to find her husband had a second family living there, she only found this out after her husband died and they tried to take his inheritance
Re: Please vote for barley Well all I can say is why do people run puppy farms. Poor old Meg was sitting in a pet shop in London when hubby and I went out to buy a new hoover, spotted her in cage in the window and went straight in and brought her home. Took her to our vets on the Monday and the paperwork she came with showed she came from a puppy farm in wales according to vet. It's so cruel, glad that woman had problems and had to shut up shop. Had her 14 years this year and love her to bits, can't imagine life without her. Has Barley got border collie in him, he looks so similiar to our previous dog Sheba. He really is a stunner.
Re: Please vote for barley No collie in him. He is 1/2 pyernean mountain dog, 1/4 brittany spaniel, 1/4 irish water spaniel. To be exact, well as accurate as the DNA test showed
Re: Please vote for barley It's amazing just how similar to Shebs he is. Mind Shebie was a rescue dog as well, didn't know anything of her background at all. Jen
