I've also had an email notification of a PM with no content where I used to get the message included in the email. I'm not sure if something has changed as part of the forum move?

Hi. Just to say it arrived in spam and was also empty.. I did the vote thing but clicked just on empty because you could only click on one.
    Have a nice day. :)

If it helps to narrow down what the problem is I am using Gmail and received no content.

What was the format (container) that the message was in?

Knowing this will narrow down the problem Pippa.

Hi Tillydyes, I'm sorry but I am not sure what you mean by 'container'? In my admin panel there is a facility to enter text for an email. I just filled this in and pressed 'submit'.

Thanks everyone for your input, much appreciated. I shall probably need to get our web developer to look at this, and any information might be helpful to him - even if I don't have a clue what is going on :)

I use BT email (ex yahoo) and viewed my account via a web portal. I'll see whether I can see the message if I view it in outlook on the desktop.

A 'container' for the text for an example would be a Microsoft word document, those without Microsoft word might not get the file. Just an example of what I mean by 'container' file.
