Once again someone has fed Rory something which makes him ill. I've been up with him since 130am and he's ok a bit flat but happy that i've been holding his paw. We did have a bit of a run round the garden at about 2 and some cuddles and he's decided to be brave but some of the stress he feels because of his pain does make his behaviour very over excited and over the top.

He on his white fish diet again but i think it might be a vet job this time. He was wearing his DO NOT FEED collar. Its bright magenta with huge writing on it. The person who fed him is surpisingly still breathing he told me it was just a normal dog treat. Rory was only walking passed and he just trust a treat into his mouth as a shouted Do not feed my dog. I was so furious and near to tears i knew it was going to make him ill. The cheap and nasties always have chicken in them.

Why do they do this whats wrong with them and am i going to have to start breaking fingers before they bloodly learn. Only joking about the fingers i'm going to bury them in the woods. So upset and just don't know what to do. Thats 3 times now in the space a a few weeks

Why anyone feeds another persons dog without asking permission is beyond me. Even if I'm with friends I ask first and they do the same.
    I hope Rory recovers quickly.

Wishing Rory a speedy recovery. It is incredible that people will give treats to a strange dog, and without asking first. So frustrating and upsetting for you. I hope Rory feels better very soon.

(Now... if only Snowie would not beg strangers to hand over their treats!)

Poor Rory. I think people sometimes think you're being mean not letting them feed your dogs. I hope he's feeling better soon.

It must be very worrying that his stomach rebels so easily, has the vet found the reason for this? Hope he is feeling so much better this morning.

Arrggghhhh, it's especially maddening when someone at your Vet fed him stuff bad for him. But I believe it, I've seen Vet staff give animals treats. Really hope this doesn't have too bad an impact.

Oh, wait. By Vet job you meant you think he needs the Vet. Apologies to your Vet clinic.

Oh my word, that is awful. Do so hope he is ok. Wow, what are people thinking? Last time someone gave Pops something without asking me first I asked them how they would feel if I gave their child sweets without asking first... People can be so stupid.

I would never dream of giving another dog a treat without first asking the owner. As Karen said you would never give a child a sweets without checking with the parents it's just a no no.. Some people are so thoughtless  Hope he feels better soon.

I hope Rory feels better soon. I get really frustrated when someone tries to give Harley a treat as she too has a sensitive tummy!

He's been on his fish and seems a lot better and calmer which is always a good sign. he's got a vet appt today but I hoping for solids if so i can cancel it. Its chicken and grain he can't tolerate and most dog treats(cheap nasty ones which these people seem to have) are chicken and grain. They seem to buy in bulk as the need to force feed a lot of dogs
