Once you have downloaded the app, go to your uploads and find the photo you want to share. Long-click on it and you'll get the menu shown below. Choose "copy link", then come back to the forum. Click on the "insert image" icon in the toolbar (looks like a mountain range), and paste in the link you just copied. Press "insert" and the photo will show up in your post.
Does anyone know if these photos on imgur have to be set to public? I don’t particularly want a load of randomers to make comments on my Pig photos (they are mostly variations on ‘that isn’t a pig’, but also one rather intriguing comment about her being a beautiful example of a Great Dane ).
Ok I tried setting them to private in the Pig’s latest post on the random hoomans thread, can anyone see them ok?
Yay! I found it horribly stressful random people up voting and downvoting my posts when they were only for the nice Labrador forum people.
I actually only noticed the comments once I got the app recently...I had no idea for over a year people could see my posts (also only for the forum so only Quinn!).
I hate that I can't get the BB code on the Android app, it's such a stupid oversight by the developers. I have to open it in Chrome which is just an extra fiddle.
