Hi everyone! I'm new here and wanted to say hello! Many of you already know my new puppy, Scout (registered name 'Laugh It Up Fuzzball') and know the story about our 9 yr old Gunner passing away in November. I am 'FNITGuy's wife! We have been adjusting to life with a new puppy - this is the first time for either of us to train a puppy from the beginning - all our other animals have been rescue animals. We got Lucy (a black lab mix) when she was 6 months old and we got Gunner shortly thereafter and he was already trained so his training kind of set the example for Lucy. She learned everything she knows from him. I hope she can be a source of information for our new puppy! I hope she's willing to lead by example! Right now they are just getting to know each other - so we will see what the future holds! Our household is very busy with 2 dogs, 2 cats and a 2 yr old! There is never a dull moment that's for sure!
