Puppy size and weight......

    he's got that typical Labrador appetite :D. Also I guess as he very rarely gets treats that isn't his kibble he goes insane for them

    It's so much easier. I think by using one I inadvertently taught him to take the treat more gently. He's not so focused on my hand.

    I have a walkies belt with a treat pouch and carabiner. Very non-stylish, but helps so much with keeping my hands free so I can click and treat promptly. I do get mugged by other dogs at the park though!

    Haha same here, I have "a bum bag" which my husband finds hilarious!:facepalm:he says he'll walk 2 paces behind me, lol
