Puppy with slight kink in tail - advice?

Congenital purely means present from birth; the vet has said the damage likely happened in the womb. So, definitely congenital

 

Yes, this is the quote from the OP's first post that made me think it was congenital: Breeder says he took puppy to vet to get checked out and was advised it is not uncommon in large little due to restricted space in womb.

 

Thanks, I missed that somehow. I am not sure that I would worry about breeding the dog however.
