I picked Lady up from kennels this morning and took her for a walk in nearby woods. Half way round we met a man with a middle sized Schnauzer and Lady took to it immediately and off they hooned through the trees. Lady did a huge amount of butt-tucking and the man said that's a young dog how old is your puppy? 5yrs old in September I said. ;D

Ah yes David, my puppy Hattie will be 7 years old next week and if she doesn't butt tuck on a daily basis I would think there is something wrong with her ;D When we meet up with younger dogs I am sure they think she is crazy, I often get asked how old she is and the reply is "no way I thought she was much younger" ;D Love puppies xx

I used to tell people that labs don't grow up until they're about 5 years old. Ha! ha! ha!

I'm stil laughing at that. To think I was the person that said it.

That was until we got Jake.

He damaged his back when playing with the frisby. Please don't all shout at me, he was 12 and a half.
He still thought he was 2 years old.

Cassie is 9 years now, I suppose that's kinda middle aged. Well I'm not going to be the one to tell her.
She can run about a field with the best of them.

So Lady is not alone in looking young. It's because they are young.

    I LOVE when that happens.
The diet is definitely worth it Lady - keeps you fit and puppy-like ;)
