Charlie has just turned 4 years old and I have noticed he is getting quite grey around his muzzle, is this normal for his age? He isn't grey anywhere else. xx

Lochan is three and a half and is quite grey on her chin. It looks really cute when she looks up at you.

Surely this can't be an age thing, does anyone know what causes grey chins? x :)[quote author=Dexter link=topic=9058.msg129611#msg129611 date=1418277345]

Sam hasn't got any, yet but my old Lab Tess who was yellow went a paler yellow colour on her chin and face at around three years old, I love to see grey hairs , apart from mine ;)

My red lab Tess started going grey at around four. Her Mum went grey even earlier. So yes, a big variation seems to be quite normal
