We have a few dog beaches. They are pretty great, although they are smaller than I would like. But definitely better than nothing
Exactly us. Except we ARE coming through it. LAT (when I have an opportunity - not often), focus games while walking and group training. And age. All are contributing to the light at the end of the tunnel. It's still just a speck, but it's getting brighter. Keep at it xx
That is such an awful moment. I had a fair few with Belle, she wasn't deaf - just in a really deep sleep - horrible xx
I think we are approaching that fading part of her life I don't think she going without a fight this one. She's been for a walk and was stamping her feet for her supper. Still stroppy oh but she is such a dear little thing
The cockatoos were in the garden again today. They're going for the berries on one of the trees but they're so destructive and leave such a big mess. Oh, and they're so loud!
I can sympathise as Vanilla was the same. She is getting better now at 14months. She now sits when she sees a dog that she really wants to say hello too. Rather than pulling fully and me not being quick enough. This gives me enough time to get ready before she tries to lunge. That is on lead. Off lead work in progress with LAT. Again a lot bettter than what she was. You will get there with Beau and in a few months time you will wonder what all the fuss is was about.
I can sympathise, we have a flock not too far from us and a black flock. Which apparently is rare...Vanilla is however fascinated with the noise. No one at my wifes previous work place would park under the trees for shade while they where around. Took them 2months to get rid and plenty of damage to the trees.
How interesting! I did not know a flock of cockatoos was a "thing" in Australia, or anywhere else for that matter. I really enjoy seeing these little glimpses of life from forum members around the world.
I thought I was the only one to put a poo bag on my head! I put mine on if I am out walking and it starts to rain and I haven't got my hat. However, I do make sure to whip it off if I see anyone coming
