We're on the boat sailing to the UK, Coco's been trusted to stay on the back seat of OH's truck instead of being bundled into a crate in the back. Hoping he's being good...its a three and a half hour journey...

It was Christmas party night at one of the dog clubs I attend. We played a team game involving sending your dog to a pile of socks to retrieve one. The winning team was the one with the most matching pairs. As I was about to send Molly, one of my team mates said (apparently seriously) , ‘Send her for a black one.’ Er, we haven’t quite mastered colour discrimination yet! :D

    Good Boy Coco.
Maybe the whining is the 'Are we there yet' equivalent?

Mine and Stanleys morning walk is turning more and more into a scene out of a horror film. Roll on the lighter mornings

OK I am not sure if Stanley or you are supposed to be in that picture. If so you are very good at blending in...or is it one of those 'head towards the light and you will find the...'

Wish my morning walk was as light as that.
    6.30am. No street lights.

When we are walking down the black path behind our house, there's no lighting so we pop a light on Monty's harness and he guides the way... IMG_20171210_171646587.jpg

I wish I was as brave as you all to walk in the dark in my neighbourhood. But nope, not a chance! Too many scary animals  Only will if it’s snowing as it’s a lot brighter but even then only when OH is with us.

You have bears. We have squirrels.

Biggest threat would take a human, not animal form here :)
